Managing Director – Peter Iancov
Peter is a professional engineer with an established career spanning over 27 years of experience in leading major businesses and projects operating in the project management, construction, maintenance and operation of gas and electricity infrastructure assets and major facilities. Prior to joining Zinfra, Peter held the role of founder and MD of his own company, along with senior roles of Group Chief Executive Officer of a major Western Australian contractor, and General Manager of WestNet Energy, Alina Asset Management West - an asset management and sustainment business. Along with solid, core capability in industry, Peter brings critical experience delivering organisational transformation, winning major projects and long term contracts, as well as negotiating joint venture and partnering arrangements for national and international organisations.
Peter also has extensive Board experience in Defence, Utilities, Ports, Oil & Gas contracting and Indigenous Corporations, along with a track record of delivering above benchmark business profitability, alongside solid safety and risk management results. Peter has a Master of Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical) and a Post Graduate in Robotics and Automation. He is a Fellow Member of Engineers of Australia and a number of other Australian and international associations.

General Manager, Power Services – Kevin McGrath
Kevin has over 25 years in senior construction, asset management and critical infrastructure project delivery. Kevin’s experience consists of operational and general management roles with experience relating to commercial, business development, operational and business management in the energy and infrastructure markets. Kevin has diverse, global engineering experience. He commenced as a Project Engineer at National Grid and thereafter Construction Director for AMEC Power and Operations Manager for 24/7 (formerly TXU/London Electricity). In New Zealand, Kevin was a Senior Consultant at BECA, Divisional Manager / General Manager at Siemens Energy Services and General Manager at Energex NZ.
Moving to Australia, Kevin was the Energy Division Operating Officer at Energex accountable for the day-to-day operational outcomes, including 2,500 staff. Kevin was the first point of contact for all operational aspects for the delivery of the Program of Work.

Darryl Reichelt – General Manager Gas Services
Darryl is a highly proficient leader with over 30 years strategic and operational experience within the energy, defence and government sectors across Australia. Having previously held roles leading the commercial and planning activities for service delivery, for multiple asset types across Jemena and Zinfra, Darryl has a depth and breadth of capability in leading large and diverse teams with a focus on empowerment and high engagement. His significant commercial and project management experience throughout his career means he is outcome focused and driven to improve and grow business capability.
Darryl holds a Master of Project Management, has a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Procurement and is a Certified Practicing Portfolio Executive (AIPM).

General Manager, Projects and Construction – Paul Birighitti
Paul is a business leader with experience in design, construction, commissioning, performance testing and operational/production roles across the Australian oil and gas, mining and industrial sectors.
With over 24 years’ experience Paul has worked with companies including AGC (AusGroup), LogiCamms and UGL, driving business transformation and cultural change programs, delivering efficient execution of major portfolio projects and contracts and building growth and strategic performance in businesses.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering - Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science - Chemistry, along with a Leadership and General Management Qualification from the London Business School.

General Manager, Customer and Markets – Matthew Watt
Matt has extensive leadership experience in the infrastructure sector, with over 20 years involvement in construction, operations and maintenance, finance and consulting.
Prior to joining Zinfra, he held senior roles at Transfield /Broadspectrum in strategy, market development and work winning. He was formerly Group Finance Manager at Baulderstone/Lend Lease, structuring and negotiating large project finance transactions. Matt has also worked as Development Director at Seven Media Group and in Project and Structured Finance at Macquarie Group. He previously founded and operated his own business, providing advisory and management services in the Sports & Entertainment and Financial Services sectors.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree with honours and Masters of Business Administration.
